How Wellspring serves Churches & Ministry Constituents
Professional Mental Health Counseling
Wellspring offers telehealth and in-person counseling services in various locations and churches in South Florida. Wellspring also facilitates sponsorships between ministries and their members and offers a 20% discount on sponsored services.
Access to Mental Health Trainings
Wellspring provides on-line and in-person trainings to support people of faith in their understanding of mental health matters. The goal of these trainings is to provide biblical and practical ways to integrate healthier practices in life.
Access to Mental Health Resources
Wellspring’s education is accessible to the general public through podcasts and blogs that provide free weekly biblical, scientific, and practical content that enhances the work done in therapy.
On-site Mental Health Education
Wellspring develops tailor-made psychoeducation seminars and workshops as per request, such as parenting, trauma care, listening and crisis intervention.

Wellspring specializes in trauma-recovery. Our leading programs, Restore - for adults, and Bounce - for youth, provide a holistic approach, focused on resolving traumas and developing resilience.

Free Mental Health Consultation
Our counselors provide free consultation to church and ministry leaders regarding emotionally straining situations that can arise in the church or in ministry.
Access to Mental Health Trainings
Wellspring provides on-line and in-person trainings to support leaders as they raise awareness on mental health matters for their constituents.
Annual Check-Ups
Wellspring serves to sustain ministry leaders personally. Annual check-ups include unique mental health assessments, followed by individual consultations with a therapist who will suggest resources and recommendations to support growth.
Individual / Family Counseling
Individual or family counseling is also available for leaders in a highly confidential setting or online.
Programs
Leaders are invited to participate in our Restore Resilience Retreats to recover from negative events in life or in ministry and to build resilience muscles for their daily challenges.
