Bounce Trauma Resolution
Help Your Kid Bounce! Back
Regrettably, bad things happen to innocent children. Fortunately, they don't have to affect them forever. Wellspring offers a unique therapy opportunity for youth from 9 to 18 years old, through our Bounce program! These life-changing interventions help youth who suffer with depression, anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms, from having experienced a traumatic or distressing life event such as:
Physical/sexual abuse
Sudden death or loss of loved one
Serious illness or injury
Witnessing/experience violence
Severe and Ongoing Bullying
Grief and loss (stressful transitions)
Broken Family relationships
School/Social Pressures
Other Negative Life Events
The goal of Bounce is to relieve and prevent emotional suffering, increase resiliency skills such as emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and promote “post-traumatic growth” of traumatized children and their families.
The Bounce Program is offered by professional therapists with trauma expertise. The program includes:
Trauma education
Emotional support
Individual and group trauma-specific therapy
Art and equine assisted therapy
Expressive, experiential, and creative learning opportunities
Parent engagement
All in a fun, positive, and memorable experience!
